“It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the launch of my new website! My hope is that it will be an entertaining, informative and interactive source for all who visit it. I am grateful for the love and support of all my friends, family and representation team for being there for me every step of the way and most of all, for always believing in me.
We are almost at the end of the first quarter of 2010 and already so much has been happening! I was ecstatic to be chosen as the official spokesperson for “The Green Earth Library” which is an environmental initiative dedicated to educating the world through media about conservation efforts taken by companies in the energy sector globally. This entails me hosting “The Green Earth Show” which will be broadcast both locally and internationally – something I am incredibly honored to be a part of and represent.
In addition, negotiations are underway for a new international magazine style show called “Living the High Life” produced by Green Box Productions of Dubai, and co-produced by actor and director extraordinaire Deke Anderson! This show, which is in pre-production, highlights the finest in luxury living that different cities around the world have to offer, and promises to be an educational, glamorous and exciting journey for all who watch it!
In the world of film, the premier of the feature film “Upon a Midnight Clear”, in which I played Entertainment Today reporter Patricia Gladstone and was shot last summer, just took place two weeks ago at the Galaxy Theatre in Austin. Very exciting film produced by D7 Studios in Austin. But most recently, I just completed shooting a foreign film in Beirut called “Adeem” co-starring opposite renowned French/Lebanese actress Carmen Leboss, who appeared in “West Beirut” which won at the Cannes Film Festival in the late 90’s, and directed by award winning director Adel Sirhan. It was a unique and incredible experience and the film was entered into the Cannes Film Festival this year, so we all have high hopes for it!
On a more personal note, I would like to extend a special thanks to my dear friend, mentor, director, producer, amazing actor and incredible acting coach Deke Anderson, owner of Next Level Acting, who has truly been my rock and support in every way during this journey of mine. Deke is an acting coach from Los Angeles unlike anyone you will ever work with. As an actor, no matter what level of success you attain, you always have to keep training, learning and adding to your craft. If you are in Texas, particularly in the Houston area, Deke offers classes at two studios located conveniently in the Woodlands and the Heights. In fact, he has just launched his new studio space in the Heights which I have seen firsthand and is unbelievable! For more information on Deke’s classes and new studio location in the Heights, please visit www.nextlevelacting.com.
Trust me…you won’t regret it!
Final words: believe in yourself no matter what anyone says…your destiny is in your hands.
Peace and love always”
